Glasgow Botanic Gardens welcomes us home

If you’ve followed Art and Energy’s journey then you may recall we travelled to Glasgow for COP26 in 2021 with our Moths to a Flame project. Our milk bottle moths created by over 58,000 supporters were displayed in Glasgow Botanic Gardens which became our home from home whilst the COP26 conference took place in the city.

Art and Energy’s Naomi has just recently been back to Glasgow, she took a moment to visit the Botanic Gardens and look for the moths we left behind - she found them still on display!

The Kibble Palace at the Botanic Gardens was the start of our love of mosses and Naomi also took the time to search out these bryophyte species growing amongst some spectacular tree ferns.

Thank you to the Botanic Gardens for welcoming us back to such a peaceful and reflective space.
