Take creative action for climate change & join PEC Pals

Art and Energy are teaming up with our friends at Plymouth Energy Community (PEC) to launch the next round of their successful PEC Pals project.

  • Do you want to use your creativity to respond to climate and energy challenges?

  • Do you feel a little lost in the face of it all and would love to meet some like minded folk for mutual support?

  • Does eco-anxiety trouble you and you’d like to make steps to take positive actions to inspire others?

Then why not consider joining us and PEC and become a PEC Pal?

We are running a Plymouth based 7 week funded programme to help you release your creativity in response to the city’s climate and energy crisis. We’ll help support you to come up with a project to inspire others to take positive action in light of the climate emergency.

At the end of the program, there will be funding to continue three of the projects - a financial contribution of £1,500 per project will keep your ideas growing!

We have 20 places to start on August 12th 2022.

You’ll need to commit to attending all of the sessions to ensure your space. The Climate Hub in the centre of Plymouth is the venue and we can offer support if you need help to attend or participate fully. Lunch included at each session.

The 7 sessions and dates are as follows:

  • Friday 12 August 9:30am - 1pm: Session 1 – Welcoming you and your creativity
